Well, doing the weight watchers thingie and I started on Sunday. I know with all diets you lose the most the 1st week. So far I lost the weight I regained (not much) while I relaxed on Atkins, and I am once again at 249! Now to start counting the pounds lost for WW. Anything prior, I still count for Atkins, though I have shed 7 yo-yo pounds in 5 days (not inc today).
